THERAPY WITH ERICA
Even our closest and most important relationships are at times fraught with tension and confusion. Erica has spent her career helping people navigate their way through those times. With more than a decade of experience, she helps untangle and smooth out all types of relationships, including friendships, marriages, partnerships (both personal and professional), and familial bonds.
Erica views the client/therapist relationship as collaborative, and encourages her clients to bring their own unique perspectives, discoveries, and ideas to each session.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Erica is trained to understand people within the context of their inner circles, as well as the greater context of culture and society. She believes identities and life experiences greatly influence relationship habits, and facilitates discussion about those topics throughout the course of therapy.

In addition to founding and directing her own therapy practice, Erica has held roles such as Associate Clinical Director, Program Coordinator, Director of Intake, Couples Therapy Consultant, Clinical Supervisor, and Professional Lecturer. She hopes to utilize her skills and experience to smooth the path for others who do the difficult work of providing mental health services.
RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Erica has more than twelve years of experience working with clients to assess, untangle, and strengthen relationships between friends, family, lovers, and even colleagues. She's available for short-term relationship consulting as well as ongoing therapy. Contact her to talk more about your needs.

Erica has been licensed and practicing couples, family, and relationship therapy since 2010, and is also trained and experienced as a supervisor and consultant. She is available for ongoing supervision, clinical consultation, and other forms of professional connection.
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT
For clinicians who wish to outsource administrative and business management tasks in order to devote their full attention to their clients, Erica is available for organizational consultation and ongoing contracted administrative/intake/billing support.
